Pricing

Priced around your venue.

Every house is different. The room, the season, the way you sell — all of it shapes what the platform costs. So we quote it that way: one number, all-in, after a real conversation.

What shapes your quote

Four things, mostly.

No menu, no per-seat tax, no surprises on the invoice. The price comes out of a fifteen-minute conversation about how your house actually runs.

01
The room
Number of seats, number of stages, how many configurations you run. A 120-seat black box is a different conversation than a 600-seat house with a balcony.
02
The season
How many shows or runs per year, whether you sell subscriptions, and how complex the calendar is. A repertory house and a single-show venue look very different on the back end.
03
The volume
Tickets sold, covers served, and how that splits across web, phone, and walk-up. We size to the peak — onsale Saturdays, gala nights — not the average.
04
The integrations
Which POS, payment processor, accounting, and CRM you already run. Standard connectors are included; bespoke pipework is scoped on its own.
Always included

One price. The whole platform.

There is no Pro tier, no add-on store, no "but that's an enterprise feature." You get all of it. We grow when you grow — not by gating the product.

The platform
  • Room-true seat map with table groupings
  • Subscriptions, seasons, and same-seat renewals
  • Rules engine for holds, comps, and onsale windows
  • Patron CRM with notes, tags, and accessibility flags
  • Audit trail on every override, comp, and refund
The night-of
  • Box office check-in and walk-up flow
  • House-manager view with live status
  • Kitchen manifests pushed to your POS
  • Touchscreen-ready interfaces
  • Offline-tolerant scanning at the door
The back office
  • Unlimited staff seats — the whole team
  • Reporting and exports (Quickbooks, CSV, API)
  • All standard integrations (Stripe, Toast, Resy, Mailchimp, more)
  • Onboarding, data migration, and seat-map build
  • Priority support — a real person, same day

Is this for us?

A short, honest gut-check.

We'd rather tell you no on a discovery call than six months in. Here's roughly the shape of who we fit, and who we don't.

If yes — let's talk
  • You run a venue that does dinner and a show — together.
  • You sell subscriptions, seasons, or repeat patrons.
  • You've outgrown two or three duct-taped systems.
  • You want one source of truth for the night-of.
Probably not us
  • You sell occasional one-off events at variable venues.
  • You need a free, self-serve sign-up.
  • You want a marketplace that finds your audience for you.

Pricing questions

The ones we hear most.

Why no public pricing?
Because every venue is different, and a number on a page would either be wrong for you or wrong for us. A fifteen-minute conversation gets you an accurate quote — and tells you whether we're the right fit at all.
How long is a typical contract?
Annual, with a 90-day out in your first year. We don't lock you in past the point you're happy, and we'll never charge a "termination" fee to leave.
What does onboarding look like?
We build your seat map with you, migrate your patron and subscriber data, connect your POS and processor, and run a soft-launch through one show before you go live. Six to ten weeks, depending on calendar.
Do you offer a pilot or trial?
Yes — a one-season pilot at a reduced rate, scoped together. We'd rather earn the second year than lock you into a five-year deal on day one.
What about payment processing fees?
You bring your own merchant — Stripe, Adyen, or your bank — at your own negotiated rate. We never take a cut of your ticket revenue.
What currencies do you support?
CAD and USD today, GBP and EUR on request. Tax handling for your jurisdiction is included in the platform.
